180 Marketing, a leading e-commerce SEO company, is seeking a passionate link builder to join our team as the Content Marketing Strategist

As the Link Building Strategist, your main goal is to develop, test, and implement the latest cutting-edge link-building and content marketing tactics into our clients’ link building campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, test, and implement new link-building strategies.
  • Identify and prioritize target websites for link acquisition based on relevance, authority, and potential impact.
  • Generate reports to track the effectiveness of strategy testing and link-building efforts, providing actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive link-building and content marketing SOPs.
  • Explore and evaluate new tools and technologies related to link-building and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor link-building strategies to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Conduct regular audits of existing backlinks to ensure quality and relevance and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate link-building efforts into client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content team, graphic designers, and web developers to create and optimize link-worthy content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes by engaging with industry blogs, videos, and relevant resources.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing meetings to disseminate learnings and best practices to the team.
  • Train new team members on link-building techniques, tools, and processes.
  • Support and guide other link builders, addressing their queries and challenges effectively.

Requirements:

  • Passion for link building and content marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in link building or content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while working independently with minimal supervision.
